    • If you’re referring to added sugar, then Larabars are a perfect option! The sweetness comes purely from the dates (or other dried fruit), which are filled with fiber, vitamins, and minerals, as well as lean protein and good fats. I must eat at least 2 or 3 a day! 🙂
